assembly was easy, all parts very well labeled. The machine was actually nicer than I expected for the price. The pulley assembly and cables seem very smooth. unit only come with clips for Olympic size weight so if you have the smaller holws you need your own but I had a ton from other things so thats fine.

Overall the value of this lat pull down machine is great. The instructions are clearly written that you can assemble the unit in 20 minutes. This machine has some limitations for full range use if you're tall. I am 6'3 and found the cable to be limited because of my longer arms. Even with the limited travel I could still effectively use the machine.

The product for the price is very good. The quality meets the price. The only negative point is that you don't get a full stretch. It's off about eight to ten inches off. I'm looking into finding a longer tube and adapt it to the machine. Then make longer cables . For now I'll just work with the machine.
