Not sure why these cute shorts haven't received better reviews, but I'm really picky %26 found these to be adorable. I bought them in White size XS - they fit great %26 are a little dressy worn with sandals. They are not see through although you need like colored undies. The belt is cute, I use a little braided leather belt (to match my shoes) which looked well too. I wish they had other colors aside from black and white. I'm 5.2 - 100lbs
