Time and Tru utility shorts are a win win for me. Size 16 in the light wash denim fit perfect. I ordered a second pair at the clearance price yay. When I first tried them on they were a little stiff but after laundering they are soft and the pockets lay better. I personally like the cuffs. The sea turtle shorts are a full inch tighter in the waist though.
