These are great you just need to size according to your preferred fit. If you dont mind showing your upper thighs get your normal size or 1 size up for a little wiggle room in the waist. They are tight. If you want a looser leg, no upper thigh showing and breathable in the waist go 2 sizes up. I am a size 2 and although they fit i dont like my upper thighs showing. I then went to a 4 which was no real difference other than looser in the waist. Size 6 was my golden spot for a perfect loose fir and no inner thigh showing.
