waist runs a size bigger in my opinion

i am 5"3 , 133lbs measured at 36-28-39 and these in a size 6 had a extra 2 inches on my waist. i can definitely fit in a size 4 but, they would be a tight fit on my legs and bum and i bought them to be baggy around there, so it's okay. but you will probably need a belt unless you don't care about the looseness but it's definitely runs big on the waist 100%
