I recently purchased a big and tall office chair with heating and massage, and I have to say—it's been an absolute game changer. The chair is incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space and support, making long workdays so much easier on my back and shoulders. The heating feature is amazing, especially during colder days—it adds a nice level of relaxation while I'm working. The massage function is also a great bonus. It's just enough to help relieve tension after sitting for long periods. The build quality feels solid and sturdy, and it definitely lives up to the “big and tall” expectation. Assembly was straightforward, and all the features work exactly as expected. My only complaint is the cord—it tends to get rolled over by the chair wheels pretty often, which can be a little annoying. A better cord management setup would make this chair perfect. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, support, and a little extra luxury in their office setup.
