This was extremely easy to use. The screen is large, the buttons are easy to press, and the layout is easy to use. Hooking up to my car was super easy and scanning the codes even easier. Now I can actually go to the mechanic with a better idea of what's going on under the hood (and a decent guess at costs as well).

Do this THEN go to a mechanic, see what they say.

I wanted to review this after I tried it, and my daughter-in-law came by to use it, and see the set-up, I know nothing about cars, and if you don't either get one of these. Being a woman some (and I mean some) mechanics will tell you something, and it may not be right. This is easy to look up the diagnostics, so I can check this, and even if I don't understand I can look it up, before, I go to the mechanic, and see what they say. I think this is a sure fire way to make sure that you have a trusted mechanic.
