Great bike, Outstanding Value

This is my 5th ebike, 4th brand. I weigh over 250 pounds which puts a lot of deman on the motor. This bike perfromed better than the other 2 single motor bikes. Its very lightweight for an ebike and I love the 2" tires. Comes with everything, even a lock! I'm very pleased with everything about the bike.

Great value, but needs support

Pretty good value for the price. Some parts are missing or fit poorly and hopefully seller will correct those issues. 1- no quick connect hub for the front wheel 2- no nut/bolt to attach headlamp to fork 3- front fender not as pictured/advertised and does not seem to fit bike, but install instructions for the part are not included in the user manual. As shipped it is a safety hazzard in contact with the tire, preventing tire's rotation. 4- picture in manual shows a higher handlebar stem height, but no instructions provided on how to alter stem height. 5- Graphics in korean(?) instead of english. If seller can address these issues, it should be a great value for the price.

We have noted all the issues you raised: the lack of a quick-release mechanism for the front wheel, the missing mounting screw for the headlight, the front fender not matching the promotional images (and lacking installation instructions), the absence of instructions for adjusting the handlebar stem, and language errors in the manual's illustrations. We also take the safety concern regarding the stem rubbing against the tire very seriously.
