I was in the market for 3 and 5lb dumbbells. These fit the bill and gave me much more with the ability to make then anywhere from 1 - 5lbs. The grip is perfect for my small hands. Sometimes dumbbells have an arch in the handle that makes my grip a bit too small. They easily snap in and out and I can change the weight on the fly in between my workout with ease and quickly. I use them with mat Pilates and often switch between 3 and 5lb during my routine. I would highly recommend these as a go to for light weights.
