Low range, poor plastic fender quality.

Though the advertisement reads a 40 mile range, I can't get 25 even using low level pedal assist. There are two key parts to a battery-"V or Volts" and "AH or Amp Hours". In my estimation of this ebike, having 48V is good for acceleration. The problem is the watt hours (wh or watt hours is where range comes in). This battery is low at 10.4ah. Additionally, both plastic fenders were zip tied so tight that i couldn't install them without them rubbing on the tores significantly. The company isn't doing anything to resolve this problem. I ordered white which came with a paint flaw which the company hasn't been interested in resolving either.
