The bike assembly was very simple and it was easy to figure out how to ride and shift and maneuver through all the different settings. Even customer service was great. I had to replace the brake and they were very good about getting it out to me as soon as possible and they followed up with me to make sure everything was OK very satisfied would recommend this product to anybody lots of fun easy ride easy assembly. Very happy with the bike.

Planning On Purchasing The Plus Battery And Poping That Sucker In. Should Take Care Of That. Also Can't Wait To See How Well It Does On Longer Trips.
