The bike assembly was very simple and it was easy to figure out how to ride and shift and maneuver through all the different settings. Even customer service was great. I had to replace the brake and they were very good about getting it out to me as soon as possible and they followed up with me to make sure everything was OK very satisfied would recommend this product to anybody lots of fun easy ride easy assembly. Very happy with the bike.

Epic Lil Bike. Can't Stay Off Of It. Not Only Is It Perfect For Commutes But Riding Around On Trails Is A Blast. The Standard Leaves Alil Room To Be Desired On Battery Life But That To B Expected. Planning On Purchasing The Plus Battery And Poping That Sucker In. Should Take Care Of That. Also Can't Wait To See How Well It Does On Longer Trips.

Very strong bike. Some of the welds are not truly aligned but are good. The seat is the hardest thing to put on. At 250%23 I can still tote, go fast, up hills easy, and after 8 miles only one battery light dropped. When off road it still rides just as great. Trying to find a good cup holder and storage now!
