Worlds worst customer service

Hopefully you get all the parts and everything works, otherwise you are on your. Overall the bike is decent and you get what you pay for. We picked this up for my wife to ride with me so she could keep up on my longer rides. It was packaged well and arrived without shipping damage. The YouTube installation video was the only option and it was for a bike that was made several versions ago. They showed how to mount a solid axle wheel on the front and this bikes uses a through the axle quick release, I guess, because mine did have one and trying to reach customer service was terrible and right when we were going to return it, someone answered an email. Now a month later they still have not sent the part and only provided a tracking number that is useless. Fortunately I had one that works in my parts bin, so I was able to attach the wheel. The other issue is that during assembly someone cross threaded the screw to hold the headlight/fender and the one that is a mounting point for the rear rack. The cheap alloy frame was tough to recut and rethread, but fortunately I was able to do it. Once we fixed the issues, my wife does like the bike and found it easy to ride, If we get two seasons out of it then it will be OK for the price. The brakes are very weak mechanical discs, considering the speed this bike is capable of, so be aware.
