Durable, sturdy, candy thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This candy thermometer seems very accurate. It's much larger than I thought it would be though but I think the size of it is helpful when working with larger candy batches and large boiling hot pots. It feels extremely durable and it's a bonus no batteries are needed.
