Guess vs accuracy

This thing works great. I have used it twice and can say it is acccurate and take the a worry out of guessing how long to cook something. Used it to roast turkey at thanksgiving and a prime roast at Christmas. Both come out perfect. I would have cooked the turkey an extra 50 minutes using weight vs time and the roast would have been pulled out early.

Better than expected. Sucesssfully smoked 5 big turkeys 18-20lb using this on my (also bought from Walmart) pit boss pellet smoker. Pro tip: use the black bag pellets. Competition Blend Definitely came in clutch. 10/10 Edit: just realized it fell in water…. Will be buying another if it doesn't come back to life in the ole' rice bag 😂 But it did the job. Worth it!
