Falls Apart in Less than a Year | JUNK!!!

This item gets used about once per week and I've now had it for about one year. Today I went to pick it up, and the probe literally just fell off! Didn't try to open it, didn't do anything. Just picked it up and the plastic fell apart! Won't ever purchase another Taylor product. I still am in disbelief!!!

It’s bad the first time I use it the steel stick got loose. I just open it bought on November 2025. I was excited to try out today but I was disappointed. I wondering if I still get refund it was bought on November.
