Great Ice Quality and Quantity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice maker has been great. We keep it on 24 hours a day and it keeps a fresh supply of ice available at all times. Any ice melting goes to the bottom of the reservoir and is recycled into new ice. A fresh supply of ice is generated to replace any ice that is melted, so the ice supply is virtually always constant. The side tank makes it very easy to make sure that the ice maker never runs empty, and the system is designed so that water can be added without stopping the ice maker.

Great machine BUT

I love this machine! Easy setup. Lots of ice! My issue is I've had it since March 8, 2025 and it's now April 15, 2025 and we've had issues with loud noise coming from it. I've tried cleaning it and replacing the water filter. It's so loud it woke me out of a dead sleep. Reaching out for a resolution.

Loved the ice and side tank in this.

I have had this ice maker for 1 1/2 years and it no longer works. Since we paid so much for it we did all the regular maintenance on it when needed. Everytime it flashed cleaning we cleaned it according to the recommendations. Very disappointing to pay so much for an appliance and only last 1 1/2 years. I loved the ice and the side tank. Really expected for it to last longer since we did all the maintenance.
