Great wire rack, but possibly cheap roller casters

The 5 tier wire storage shelving is identical to one I purchased from Home Depot (Seville 5 wire tier) in the past, except 1/2 the cost. However, one caster wheel cap came off after putting the whole thing together, and I was not going to return it for that. Just know there is NO way to contact seller and NO way to get a replacement caster wheel. Walmart help chat compensated me with a promo code to be used on a future order (Thank you). So I gorilla glued the caster wheel cap on, so far its holding, it came with feet so if I toss the cheap caster wheels, no great loss.
