I really thought that this exercise bike would be a cheap one because of the price. But,it took my husband 6 hurs to assemble it and it is heavy and strong. The seat is comfortable but the back needs to be higher. The pedals work great.The resistance works great and it's made for short people and taller people both. I'm only 4' 11 3/4" and I can get on it by myself,as long as I have my shoes on. It's set at the lowest sitting and my husband is 5' 10" and he just adjusts the length and he can use it too! We use it while watching tv. It's a great purchase!

Was pretty easy to put together (2 of the washers wouldn't allow the screws to work-put it together without the washers no problem) and I did it by myself in about a half hour. It's pretty silent when riding it. Seat %26 back are comfortable. The monitor is a little dark but it works fine. No idea if the bike is good for someone who is in crazy good shape %26 does spinning type workouts. I just ride it like a normal bike. The resistance bands are a nice extra
