Was pretty easy to put together (2 of the washers wouldn't allow the screws to work-put it together without the washers no problem) and I did it by myself in about a half hour. It's pretty silent when riding it. Seat %26 back are comfortable. The monitor is a little dark but it works fine. No idea if the bike is good for someone who is in crazy good shape %26 does spinning type workouts. I just ride it like a normal bike. The resistance bands are a nice extra

Love this bike with resistance bands
Bike was easy to put together. At first it seemed not to be as stable, but I've come to appreciate the lightweight because it is easy for me to move around. The bike is easy to use, easy to get on and off and the seat is moderately comfortable. I love the resistance bands that allow me to work out my upper body as I am cycling. This bike was a great purchase and is making it possible for me to exercise every single day.
