Unable to get up when layed back.

I loved it but I thought the head and feet were electric. I can't get out of it when I lean it back. I need a tilt chair. The back is too high and the seat is too long. I'm 5feet 4 inches tall. My head doesn't touch the pillow without all the pillows I put in it Would love to swap for a tilt chair.
