I’m already feeling it and thinking it was a good buy. Just received it today, once I took all the parts out of the box, it took maybe 10 minutes to put together, most of the bolts are already in place where they’re supposed to go. Instructions are clear. After putting it together and testing it out, I can already tell I’m going to be a little sore tomorrow, so I’m happy with the performance so far, will need to train up to higher resistance. I bought this and an exercise bike to lose a little weight and start getting in shape without having to spend money on a gym membership and be around a lot of people and be able to reach my goals in the comfort of my home, and with this purchase I already feel like I’m on my way to reaching my goals, money well spent on this. Don’t hesitate, try it for yourself, 100% recommend this for other people that are gym shy

I like that you can adjust the seat if you want to get a better stretch on doing a whole body squat. besides the 3 bands. I wish I could add more resistance or maybe a weight. but it gives a very good workout.
