Took about a half hour to set up. Easy to follow instructions and all the pieces included. This is great for giving you proper form with squats, assisting with sit ups, and providing support for push ups. I highly recommend this fitness machine whether you are a beginner or more advanced. If you are older or have knee issues, you may need someone close-by to keep an eye on you to avoid injury, or use this next to a counter to help pull you back up.

The instructions to put it together was terrible i went to youtube and watched a step by step video also there is one screw everyone has a problem tightening up had to get hubby to help with that one. The machine is serious i felt it after 4 squats i had to back off for a few to get myself together 😆 then i was right back on it i think in a few days i will be able to go through without having to stop. I love it
