The instructions to put it together was terrible i went to youtube and watched a step by step video also there is one screw everyone has a problem tightening up had to get hubby to help with that one. The machine is serious i felt it after 4 squats i had to back off for a few to get myself together šŸ˜† then i was right back on it i think in a few days i will be able to go through without having to stop. I love it
