Hover Heart DB1 Gasoline 50CC Dirt Bike, Green

Packaging was very good assembly was very straightforward and simple. There are a few things that I noticed that was missed by QA or just poor design. The throttle cable was not fully seated and secured. the fuel return line to the carb was disconnected, I did put it back on but kept popping off, so I cut about half an inch off the line and now it seems to stay. When the fuel was pouring out of the return line I noticed that there is not a fuel petcock so there is no way to shut off the fuel if needed. the chain was set too tight. The air filter system is completely garbage. With having to address these things the value is still great for the bike. I looks really nice, has plenty of power, sounds good as well (though I'm not a fan of the exhaust coming out from the front of the motor).

I bought 3 of these bikes. Each bike has parts that fell off while riding. The forks that hold the front tire on that appeared to be assembled when shipped fell apart while my son was riding. The entire bike fell apart separated the handle bars and frame. The othe 2 bike were tightened when shipped as partial assembled. Most of the gears and brake cables are not adjusted properly. In order to make these bikes work properly you have to constantly adjust and tighten screws that cime loose after only a few minutes running. The plastic gaurds on the bikes are all broken and the plastic isn't strong enough to hold when the bikes bounce around. With the 3 bikes I have bought I may be able to piece one together using all the parts from each other.
