When I received the hoverboard, charged as told, and turned in on, it shook crazily, making it impossible to ride. My son still tried to ride it bc he was excited about it but the hoverboard would abruptly stop with him on it, throwing my son off. I reached out to the seller letting them know what was going on. We’ve emailed - they emailed a packing label for fed ex and asked us to return in. We took it to fed ex who said they have a special service that picks up hoverboards and gave us the number. I reached out to the service asking what box and stuff I needed. They said they would not take the return if it was not in its original box , which I had already told the seller I did not have. I do not blame fedex for this. I messaged the seller again, to let them know we need another solution. They told me “Hello, we suggest you find a properly sized cardboard box to carefully pack the returned product to ensure its safe return. Thank you.--Shane” I JUST MESSAGED THEM TO TELL THEM THEY WONT ACCEPT IT WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL BOX. We have been going back and forth since the beginning of January. Horrible customer service.

AFTER 1 MONTH THE HOVERBOARD STOPPPED WORKING, I THINK THE COMPANY IS GARBAGE, IT'S FULLFILLED BY WALMART SO WHY WOULD THE SELLER CARE IF THEY DISAPPOINTED A CHILD!!! MY REVIEW IS I BOUGHT 3 OF THESE AND GAVE THEM AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT ON JAN. 3RD A MONTH LATER IT DOESN'T WORK. POOR QUALITY

The bike broke the first 2 weeks. I emailed and got a quick reply asking for pictures. I sent said pictures and videos and have since been ghosted. I’ve emailed multiple times. I have 4 more weeks to return the bike. Will do if I don’t hear back soon.

This Hoover board has been great for my 8 year old and 11 year old. It has held up well and holds charge good. Would definitely recommend.

Battery doesn’t stay charged more than an hour but I also don’t know how long it’s supposed to last either. It works well as long as it’s charged .

Both of the boards have been malfunctioning. One is not working at all. They were Christmas gifts so they haven't even been used that long. I tried to contact the company 2 times and they didn't respond . I tried to get a refund but it was denied because it was more than 30 days since I purchased them. I purchased them before Christmas as gifts, obviously it was more than 30 days. I am not getting any help and I am stuck with crappy hoverboards.
