Disappointed

I bought this for my grandson. He got it June 8, 2025. He just turned 9. It was easy to assemble %26 he enjoyed it when he was able to ride, however this is July 18th. I was told July 6th he cannot ride. It starts but doesn’t accelerate (throttle) I contacted seller to get insight as to what it might be and to inquire if they have parts for that brand, before having my son take to a shop spending to much money. I have yet to receive a reply from the seller/company and my grandson had only 1 month of riding (note- it has not been wrecked and they changed the gas mix)
