It just arrived this afternoon and it went together quickly. The directions were basic and that is all that was needed. I used the allen wrench to stick through the holes to align the pieces before putting the bolts in. That worked well. I am extremely pleased with how sturdy it is. The cat was on it and checking it out before it was finished and seems to be liking it. It is tall and that is what I wanted, some of them seem a little small. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My girl is a bit…bougie! She usually isn't interested in anything, including me (lol), but within minutes of setting this by the window…she was in it! I love that she took to it so fast, but now I'm a little jealous - she stayed in it the rest of the day AND night!!! At least she's happy though…I guess, lol!!! I really like this cat tree overall. it was fairly easy to assemble in about 30 minutes. all the tools are provided, and clear instructions were provided as well. however the tethered balls did not survive more than 24 hours after assembly. the cats were able to chew through the elastic cord. I am going to have to get some sturdier elastic to reattach. this is a flaw that is very frustrating.
