My cats love it. The only problem was one of the towers up above the house. The cat is 12 pounds and it gets a little wavy back-and-forth so I don't know if you could do something different make it shorter or something be more sturdy but otherwise it's great. The cats still love it. They've only fell out once or twice the big one but still good like it said under 10 pounds he weighs 12.

The scratch post has last very well. One of the balls did fall off but that was due to my cat playing so much with it. Would absolutely recommend this product!
