One-year limited warranty on structural parts. If a board, post, hammock frame or platform is damaged or missing, contact us with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement part. Within the first two months we cover the part and the shipping. From month three to month twelve we supply the part with shipping paid by the buyer. The pompom and the fabric covers are consumable accessories and are not covered.
