Love the cat tree but outside box had water damage

Love the cat tree tower. However, I was not happy about the condition of the box when received. It looked like it had water damage on one end. I was worried that the contents may have been affected, but they were not because they were individually wrapped in plastic. Also, they did add extra tape around the damaged area. Please bring this to the attention of your carrier. It could have resulted in a return.

The build instructions were a bit vague. But once we figured it out it went together pretty quick. 4 out of our 5 cats love it. all are a bit on the chonky side but it is well balanced and has plenty of spots for the fur babies to share

The cat scratcher is very beautiful putting it together was a little tough to align the screw into post for the cat boxes to stand up right however a little patient and you will be so happy you preserved however my cat likes the box the scratcher came in so will let her do as she pleases 😂
