This dog bed is for my 14tr old 50lb Sammy. He developed pressure sores on both elbows bc he had been sleeping on a full size bed for all of his life. In May 2025, he was so weak, lethargic, dazed %26 glazed- after multiple tests- diagnosis = diabetes. He no longer had back leg strength (although, we walked 1 miles everyday prior to May.). He also has arthritis and had ACL surgery - hence the weak legs. Anywho, I bought the dog bed hoping it would relieve the pressure sores and it has.
