Health Watchers Rejoice

In a effort to eat better I have been making my own quick homemade Italian soup using all fresh spinach, pre-sliced white and baby bellas mushrooms plus whited onions (I thinly slice) sauteed in my insta pot. Then mix everything together with fresh seasonings (olive oil, crushed garlic and everything Italian you like) and a carton of chicken broth. One pot makes me 8 servings. Top it off with Kraft's wonderful Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with Touch of Cream Cheese (who knew this product was out there) when warming it up in the microwave. Nutritional, but above all, easy, tasty and budget friendly.

Fresh, best bang for $ on baby spinach.

I'm a big fan of WM's own brand/marketside products. This package of baby spinach is my go-to. I eat either a large salad every day or toss into a smoothie, and i go through about 2 of these bags a week. Not only is the price the best, but MOST IMPORTANT is how long this stays fresh without getting "funky". I've bought other brands which were questionable upon opening.
