My favorite salad ever is this mix and a bit of iceberg lettuce; grape tomatoes, cucumber and thin sliced white onion all drizzled with Ken's Greek Dressing. I eat one of these nearly every day at lunch. Add baked pot (butter %26 sour cream, of course) and you have satisfying and vitamin loaded meal.

the marketside baby greens salad mix is really a good blend of greens. i enjoyed the crispy salad with crackers. it's a good price. it does take a light salad dressing since they are small greens that won't hold up to a heavy dressing.

within 2 to 3 days the mix was already soggy and smelly in an unopened bag. i was really looking forward to using it. I even tried seperating the bad from the good. It was about 50/50 at that point. after that I gave up and saved the carrots. that was a very frustrating and unpleasant endeavor.
