Marketside Organic Baby Arugula Salad, 5 oz Clam Shell (Fresh)

I LOVE arugula and when I can't grow my own I buy it here. I think the price is fair for the amount and quality of this leafy vegetable. What I like best about this particular brand is the arugula leaves are usually DRY. The lack of moisture in the clam shell means the leaves don't break down quickly. I use arugula as a stand alone salad, combine it with spring mix or on sandwiches. I find it's especially good with egg salad and sliced tomato on rye.

A while ago, I bought Italian Wedding Soup, at a restaurant and really enjoyed it. I must have been the only one, because they don't sell anymore. I found recipes and all used spinach, but they didn't have the same taste Finally, I found arugula tasted right, but it was hard to find. It finally showed up here and has been here, every time I've looked. It's good, it's fresh, and tastes great, when cooked done. Nice sized package from which I get multiple servings.
