Tvilum Madrid Home Office Writing Desk with 3 Storage Drawers in Jackson Hickory

This is a really nice student desk, very sturdy. It's good quality for the price paid and it's indeed made in Denmark. Initially, I had some issues with shipping though. The external shipping box is very thin. When fedex delivered it to me, there was already a hole in the box and I could see some wood parts were damaged. I returned to Walmart immediately without opening it. I wanted to take another chance and placed another order. This one was delivered with a crate and it was thankfully mostly intact with no damage to the desk. The box is heavy so you need 2 people to lift. Assembly was straightforward. I was able to do it myself under an hour. They included extras for the different hardware needed. The instructions were reasonably clear.

It holds up well. Only wish that the instructions for building were more detailed and the pieces were labeled.
