Great Product! Great Service

I turned on my computer one. morning, as I always do, and my monitor popped up with only multi-colored, vertical lines, and nothing else. I found that it was still under warranty. Asus made the return and repair super easy and I got it back quickly all repaired and working! Love it!

Amazing image quality and color

Great match to my Apple Studio Display, I've been looking for quite a long time for a 5K display that could go beside my Apple Display. I had a ProArt 4K display which was good, but the new 5K is such a big upgrade. The image quality easily matches the Apple one, and the matte display is actually an advantage under certain lighting conditions. Would only like the stand to be a bit less wobbly and the speakers to be a bit better, because when I use it standalone with my PC (I have a double setup), the sound from the speakers is really bad.

Phenomenal monitors, poor documentation.

I had two older ASUS ProArt monitors that were showing their age. I also have 72yr old eyes and was having some problem working with the old monitors. After much research I decided to purchase two of the ProArt Display PA27JVC monitors. I have been very happy with the results. The new 5K really make my photos a joy to work with. They came well-calibrated, and there is no noticeable difference of the two sitting side-by-side. If there is any downside, it is the lack of documentation for setting up and using the monitors. These are a far cry from the old CRT monitors with a VGA connector. If you haven't experience setting up this level of equipment, plan on spending a lot of time searching the NET, or asking a neighbor's kid for help.
