In less than a month of installing this receiver it started going off when in use. It has to be turned off then back on to get the volume back a couple times within a 90 min movie. I attempted contacting the seller but no response. I trusted Sonny is a good brand, I have used it before, but I am doubting if this unit was truly brand new as the seller put on the description.
