This recumbent bike was pretty easy to assemble. We followed the video instructions online. It is very quiet and sturdy. The added wheels in front make it easy to move around. Additional seat padding would make it more comfortable. The slot to hold your cellphone could also be wider and deeper as my cellphone barely fits in it. Otherwise, it is a good bike to use to loosen up stiff knee joints.

PT recommended bike riding as part of therapy, and It is exactly what I was looking for. The seat is not very padded, but once you start riding, you won't even notice! I'm very happy with this bike.
