I'm a big person, so I needed an office chair that could withstand my weight. This chair. so far fulfills that need. So, at this point, I gave it the best 5-star rating with the understanding that I just bought the chair and it still hasn't passed the test of time. All the other chairs' lift mechanisms failed within 18 months. Let's hope this chair does much better!

Very comfortable

I had a little difficulty putting back on chair. The directions didn't state to leave the arms slightly loose until got back on. The chair is comfortable and the padding in the seat helps with sore bottoms when have to sit at desk for over 8 hours. We have tried many different chairs and this one has been the best so far.

Delivery was very fast and UPS driver brought it into house for us. Assembly required, starting with base, legs, wheels, etc! Easy instructions and all parts were packed well. The only tool needed is an Allen wrench and it is included with the various bolts package. Only 2 different size bolts are needed and they are separated and numbered to correspond with the instructions. Chair is comfortable and sturdy and rolls easily across my plastic office mat in my computer room. It's carpeted. I'm not Big %26 Tall at 5'9" and weigh 181 lbs. Chair is advertised as Big %26 Tall - 400 lbs. Overall, I'd recommend this chair.
