It arrived on the originally stated delivery date. By that I mean that I received updates to my delivery date that indicated that delivery was ahead of schedule. I could have done without those updates as they increased my anticipation and disappointment when those the chair was not delivered. As for the chair itself, it was assembled fairly quickly. It does appear to be made well, but truth be told, it is made for a larger person than me. The claim that it supports 400 pounds should have given me a hint... but that's my fault. I love the chair even though I need a back support pillow to move me forward in the seat. The color is good and I like the padded fold up armrests, though high but fine since I frequently lean back and hold my hands together as I review my work. Unlike my old chair, which would get lower as I fidgeted in my chair so I had to constantly readjust it, this one holds steady no matter how I fidget. Overall, it was an excellent purchase.

Delivery was very fast and UPS driver brought it into house for us. Assembly required, starting with base, legs, wheels, etc! Easy instructions and all parts were packed well. The only tool needed is an Allen wrench and it is included with the various bolts package. Only 2 different size bolts are needed and they are separated and numbered to correspond with the instructions. Chair is comfortable and sturdy and rolls easily across my plastic office mat in my computer room. It's carpeted. I'm not Big %26 Tall at 5'9" and weigh 181 lbs. Chair is advertised as Big %26 Tall - 400 lbs. Overall, I'd recommend this chair.
