I was skeptical at first, but the chair looked really comfortable in the photos, so I decided to take the risk since the color was my main objective. The chair arrived nicely packaged and all of the hardware was easy to lay out and organize for assembly. The instructions were clear and came with the tools needed. So far the chair is really comfortable and feels of higher quality than the price point. The arm rests comfy and lumbar/lower back support feels nice when sitting for hours of gaming or work from home. So far, the raising and lowering works smoothly. The only thing I don't like is the tilting back when you pull out the lever; you have to add some weight and effort to lean back, even when adjusting the under-seat knob. But yeah, great chair!
