The chair claims to be rated for 500 lbs, but I am thinking that with the hard plastic base and wheels, there will be breakage of some sort if that much weight were in the chair. The chair sits comfortably, and the headrest makes for an excellent added benefit for leaning your head back.

I think for the price point above average chair. 3.5 stars. But no way can handle 500Lbs!, tho i myself a lean guy and wanted actually as light weight chair. But I had Kerdom chair which had a better built and quality. This coolhut has the armrests material quite light weight and many times just pulls up even while dragging the chair, the hinge ends could have been more sturdy. The backrest is avrage height and width and if you use cushion to sit your head will surely go beyond the top part, Tho have a decent headrest that can be pulled up or down few inches and rotate at an angle and that helps. Overall, at the price point I guess it is a decent chair.
