Ninecer Is A Phenomenal Company

I ordered a Ninecer Computer Chair (via Walmart) as a gift. The chair is fantastic, but unfortunately it turned out not to work in the office space. I tried to cancel the order, but it had already shipped. I got in touch with Ninecer because it shipped from them, so I wasn't able to return it to Walmart. They offered a discount to keep it, but also supplied me with a label to return it for free. When to box arrived, FedEx had mangled it so bad, the box couldn't be used for the return. Ninecer and I emailed a couple times to try to figure out a solution. Ultimately, they issued me the refund I requested, but also said because of the inconvenience of needing to repackage before I could ship it back, I was welcome to keep the chair. I've never dealt with such a responsive, customer-focused company. They were determined to make things right by me. Ninecer is truly phenomenal, and I won't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

Office Chair for Work

The cushion is not super thick, so if you need more support you may want to pick something else up. But it was easy and quick to put together and I haven't had any issues with it. I had some chair covers from my previous chair and they fit on here perfectly as well which was a bonus for me. I find the chair comfortable to sit in. There isn't really any leaning back in it. The headrest works great for me at 5'4" and it does have a few inches to adjust.
