I keep this as a staple iny pantry for when I'm out of fresh milk. Mixed with bottled Spring Water (our faucet water is terrible), the taste is great. I can't really taste any difference from the Great Value fresh fat free milk I buy. I do remember when dry milk was a lot cheaper than fresh but everything is more expensive and I like the convenience.

Mix up only what u need! Cooking? use this same as bottled milk! Value? There is no waste of not using it "in time" I just use a quart mason jar, add water, add milk, shake...u can use or drink it right after u shake it! All the vitamins and nutrients even if ur lights are out, ie Hurricanes! I've been buying it for years😛

Great for a gastroparesis diet.

I have been using this product for several years. It's a great way to get extra protein, especially for me since I'm on a gastroparesis diet. I use it every day and plan to continue using it as long as it's available. I mix it with 1% milk. It dissolves quickly and easily in cold milk.
