the only drag about refrigerated milk is..it doesnt have a long expiry. plus you need to make it work out the amount for anticipated needs or use. the Parmelat will help bridge the gap. yes it has to be refrigerated after opening, but has a long unopened shelf life. it has its place, to be sure.

Alaskan Bush Product Shelf Life Milk
We call it shelf life milk and for the bush of Alaska this is perfect to have on hand because some locations are to far to drive for fresh milk. Although once we were stuck up the Taylor Highway near Eagle Alaska and wanted some milk for coffee and there was container of shelf life milk. I will not tell you to do this but even though it had expired on the date it had never been opened. We opened it and was just as though we just bought it. Im sure it had been there for sometime.
