Horrible customer service and product not as described!

Three months later in Texas summer and they are still healthy. I do water every other day or more for most of first year on transplants.

1 star for responding quickly, 0 stars for selling a tree that failed, customer cannot determine the health of tree in 30 days in the Fall when trees go dormant. $120 down the drain despite care from experienced gardener

I purchased a Thuja green Giant Arborvitae from BrighterBloom. It was shipped very quickly, for a great price. The plant arrived in excellent shape, with a healthy root system.
