Excellent experience. Product was well packed and arrived in great shape.

First time purchasing from seller and plan to purchase more. Plant was wrapped and boxed well. However, even though the box said ‘This side up’, I watched the delivery man holding the box incorrectly. The plastic wrapped over the pot kept most of the dirt intact with only a bit falling out into the plastic bag. Also, the box was almost the exact height and width of the plant so there was less room for plant to shift. This is a good way of wrapping and shipping.
