This item came quickly and as described. Had no need to contact the seller. This kit, by the way is great. Easy to assemble and install OS. Having a great time programming it.

52Pi has responded quickly and accurately to all my communications with them. They have provided excellent technical support with their Git repository of many coding examples.

Very good product for learning single board computer use and programming .

The seller is good; the shipment was good, the time to ship/receive was quick. The case design is not the best. I had purchased a different brand previously, but this one was slightly cheaper. The case is only loosely together so the top half comes of relatively easily. The board itself is secure, the heat sync is secure, it's just a bit annoying if you plan to move it around at all. It's not a problem it does what it's supposed to I just wish the two halves would stay together more.

Still trying to communicate with seller regarding defective power supply that came with the unit. Other than that the merchandise was shipped in a timely manner.

The product arrived ahead of schedule, so at least the shipping aspect of the company works.

The item was in perfect shape and all components were working.
