Choosing the right size for plus-size shapewear is important for comfort and effectiveness. Start by checking the size chart provided on the product page and use your current measurements, especially your waist and hip.

• Don't size down for extra shaping—this can cause discomfort and rolling.
• If you're between sizes, consider your preferred fit: a snugger fit offers more shaping, while a looser fit may feel more comfortable for all-day wear.
• Look for customer reviews for extra sizing tips.

Many plus-size shapewear pieces are designed for daily wear, especially those labeled as lightweight or seamless.

• Look for styles that mention 'all-day comfort' or 'breathable fabric' in the description.
• It's a good idea to take breaks and listen to your body—if you feel any discomfort, consider switching to a lighter style or taking a day off.
• Rotating between different types of shapewear can help keep you comfortable throughout the week.

Always follow the care instructions to keep your shapewear in good condition for everyday use.

Proper care helps your plus-size shapewear last longer and maintain its shape.

• Most shapewear should be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent.
• If machine washing is allowed, use a gentle cycle and place items in a mesh laundry bag.
• Always air dry—avoid using a dryer, as heat can damage the fabric and elasticity.

Check the care label on your specific item for the best results. Regular gentle washing can help keep your shapewear fresh and supportive.

High-waisted plus-size shapewear is versatile and can be worn under many outfits.

• It's great for smoothing under dresses, skirts, and high-rise pants.
• Look for seamless styles if you're wearing fitted clothing to avoid visible lines.
• High-waisted designs can help create a smooth silhouette from your waist to your hips, making them a popular choice for special occasions or everyday wear.

Try pairing with your favorite outfits to see what feels most comfortable and flattering for you.

To help prevent plus-size shapewear from rolling down, consider these tips:

• Make sure you're wearing the correct size—too small or too large can cause rolling.
• Look for styles with silicone strips or reinforced waistbands for extra grip.
• Put shapewear on slowly, smoothing it as you go, and ensure it's sitting flat against your skin.

If you still experience rolling, try a different style or rise to find what works best for your body shape and outfit.
