Choosing the right size shapewear is important for comfort and effectiveness. Start by checking the size chart provided on the product page and use your current measurements for waist, hips, and bust.

• Measure yourself with a soft tape measure, keeping it snug but not tight.
• If you're between sizes, consider your desired fit—some prefer a firmer feel, while others want more comfort.
• Don't size down, as this can cause discomfort and rolling.

If you need extra help, Walmart's customer service is available to guide you through the sizing process.

Many people choose to wear shapewear daily, but it's best to listen to your body and take breaks if needed.

• Look for lightweight, breathable styles for everyday comfort.
• Rotate between different types to avoid pressure points.
• Remove shapewear at night to allow your skin to breathe.

If you have any health concerns, it's a good idea to check with a medical professional before making shapewear part of your daily routine.

To keep your shapewear in good shape, follow these care tips:

1. Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
2. Gently squeeze out excess water—avoid wringing.
3. Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat or sunlight.

Machine washing and drying can cause stretching or damage, so it's best to stick with gentle methods. Always check the care label for specific instructions for your item.

Most modern shapewear is designed to be seamless and discreet under clothing.

• Look for styles labeled as 'seamless' or 'smooth' for minimal visibility.
• Choose colors that match your outfit for extra coverage.
• Try your shapewear with your clothes before heading out to check for lines or bulges.

If you're unsure, Walmart offers a variety of options so you can find the best fit for your wardrobe.

Proper storage helps your shapewear last longer.

• Fold items neatly and keep them in a drawer or storage box.
• Avoid hanging, as this can stretch the fabric over time.
• Keep shapewear away from rough surfaces to prevent snags.

Storing your pieces in a cool, dry place will help maintain their elasticity and shape for future use.
