Choosing the right monitor cart depends on your needs and space.

• Screen size compatibility: Make sure the cart supports your monitor's size and weight.
• Mobility: Look for sturdy wheels and locking casters if you'll move it often.
• Storage: Some carts offer drawers or shelves for accessories.
• Adjustability: Height or tilt features can help with comfort and ergonomics.
• Usage: Consider if you need a cart for home, office, or presentations. Reviewing these features can help you find a cart that fits your setup.

Many monitor carts are designed to hold both monitors and flat-screen TVs, as long as the screen size and weight are within the cart's specifications.

• Check the cart's maximum screen size and weight limit.
• Look for VESA compatibility if you want to mount your TV.
• Some carts are adjustable for both portrait and landscape orientations.

To move a loaded monitor cart safely:

• Unlock the casters before moving.
• Push the cart slowly and avoid sudden movements.
• Keep heavier items on lower shelves for stability.
• Clear the path to prevent tripping hazards.
• Lock the wheels once the cart is in place.

Cleaning your monitor cart is simple and helps keep it looking new.

• Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down metal and plastic surfaces.
• Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage finishes.
• For fabric drawers, spot clean with mild soap and water.
• Dry thoroughly to prevent rust or mold.
