Outrageous policies. For returning a product of $49 I had to spend $20 for return shipping. They would not provide the return label. The product had yellow stains when we tried wiping with wet wipe before giving our baby, the plastic was cheap quality which was almost chipping off. But according to them it is our problem that we did not like it. This product was for our baby and the basic safety was not met. Also we sent back the product and they receive and yet did not issue refund till I inquired again. Very poor business ethics. The product itself has alot of reviews and has been used by many, but be careful of the seller, pretty bad experience.

The worst seller I have ever dealt with; his attitude is terrible. He advertises one thing but sells a product completely different from what is shown in the picture, and then you are forced to return the item at your own expense

I would not recommend buying anything through walmart. From this seller. it is like pulling teeth to try to get a refund because walmart will not have anything to do with it.

even though I bought this reduced from Walmart whatever company they got it from that's not worth the money it's so cheaply made I wanted to return it when I finally got it but I was going to have to pay the postage to send it back and it wasn't worth it so I'm going to go ahead and give it to my daughter even though I don't want to
